1. Principle of PSA Nitrogen Generator
The PSA Nitrogen Generator is an air separation unit which is based on molecular sieves selective adsorption of oxygen from air and can continuously generate gas nitrogen with purity as 99.999%, and the adsorbed nitrogen can be desorpted by decreasing the adsorbed bed pressure resulting cyclical adsorption-desroption operation.

The advanced technology and unique air flow distributor, it let the air flow distribution more uniform. And because of the efficient usage of Carbon Molecular Sieve,around 20mins later we can get the qualified nitrogen.
Our nitrogen generator is designed compactly by Skid mount package. When received all machines, just need to connect all pipes, then can start our nitrogen genertaor working. And all equipments floor space is small area without any investment of capital construction. And the investment is less, the field only need to connect the power, then our nitrogen generator can start to produce nitrogen gas. Even our some customers request to install it in the container, then it will be more easy to operate our nitrogen generator.
PSA process is one simple nitrogen production method. It use air as raw material, the mian energy consumption is only the electric energy consumed by the air compressor with the advantage of low operating cost & low energy consumption & high efficiency.
We use the imported Siemens PLC control system. It can control all nitrogen generator production system to operate automatically. The nitrogen flow rate and purity can be adjusted and display continuously. All our valves is magnetic valve which is also controlled by the PLC, so no need some workers to control it handly.

4. Application of PSA Nitrogen Generator:
